I was pleased with them at first, until something went down with an old credit card. I was mailed a new one but I forgot to call and change over my information. Luckily they called me. I missed the call but I called them back and spoke to someone nice. I was led to believe that it was over and done with then and there. Nothing happened, and the situation was righted. Or so I thought. I go to my storage compartment and it's locked over.

Although I had no problems with my storage unit and it was paid every month. And nothing against the staff at the Schenectady branch. But I closed my unit a month ago, I was told when I closed it, my deposit check would take 7-10 days to receive, here I am still waiting for said check, I was informed that check #2 was sent out.. so as you can see I never received check #1, and every time I called about said check I verified my address with them..

We ordered a moving pod from here and we are very happy with our experience. Customer service was top notch start to finish. We had a pretty unique home buy and sell situation so our timing was delayed and very fluid. They were always flexible and worked with us. Not to mention nothing moved inside of the pod when the t transported it and I am by no means a great packer. When were done either the pod they came the next day and picked it up. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving pod!
