The "manager" at my Rotterdam location was exceptionally rude, short and condescending when I expressed my displeasure for the extra fees. There's no corporate office and when you take your complaint to the District manager through customer service they sent an email twice and nobody contacted me back ever. They care 0% about customer satisfaction. Take your money somewhere else.

Building & units themselves are great. Issue is constant price increases. We have had our 10x20 unit for just a year and every 4-5 months we had substantial rate increases. We started at their move-in rate of $99 but Aug it was increased to $188 (fair price) then January to $233 and we just got a notice increasing to $268 - out of our budget plus with this history of price increases every 4-5 months - no thank you. We are looking at years of storage use - need a more stable rate.
