Extremely disappointed with Careful Brothers based on previous reviews. Our experience was quite different. The crew damaged a $1200 office desk and a wall at the old location. The crew was arguing amongst themselves in the street extending the time of the move. We called the office for assistance and were told a supervisor would call back in a few.minutes but we had to call back after no response in over two hours. Manangment was not willing to work with us to resolve the matter satisfactorily.
I'm not too impressed. We moved last year and the only major reason we hired a moving company was because of my grandmother's antique bookshelf with glass panels. I was afraid if we moved it ourselves, we would break it. Well, Careful Brothers broke it. They didn't take the books out of it before moving it and then when we got here and one of the panels was broken, they said one of the books probably hit it. No shit.
We were moving our daughter to her new house last week and decided to use the Careful Brothers because of the quote they gave us and many good reviews. It was a terrible experience. They arrived a half hour late and smelled like weed. They …
I hired this moving company after another company referred me due to their lack of availability. I, like the previous review, was given an estimated time and a high ball on the estimated price which was $750-850. Three men one truck, they also came smelling like weed. The estimate was for three and a half hours which included the hour travel time and then when I was mailed the estimate it said I would also be charged $40 for gas.

I highly recommend using the Careful Brothers if you have an upcoming move! The team was quick, efficient and extremely positive and friendly during the course of my move (despite it being to a 3rd floor wall-up). Not a single thing was damaged and they came fully prepared for everything I had. 10/10!! Thank you, Chris & team!

Chris and his guys are lifesavers! I was due to move out a few days before new years eve and my mover cancelled on me that morning. I quickly called around, and Chris was able to help me move within a few hours of my call. Chris called his two guys Noah and Lani in (who were on vacation) to help right away. They were extremely professional and took great care of my things during the move. Most movers would charge a rush fee, but not these guys. Gave me the same rate as a normal.
