I had a disappointing experience with Guardian Storage. I was at my unit for about 10 minutes when staff approached me and began taking pictures of my unit without my permission. The photos were of trash that was already bagged, but the situation was immediately escalated and I was threatened with the police. I do visit my unit regularly, but always during normal access hours. Even so, I was accused of living there, which is not true.
Hi Jamie, we are sorry for your frustration. Per the lease agreement, tenants are not allowed to sleep in their units and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Erwin was absolutely top notch. He was friendly, kind, informative, and showed us several storage units so we could pick the best fit for us. He helped us get signed up and moved in the same day - easy peasy. He was a refreshing experience in customer service 🙏 Additionally, the facility is beautiful - climate controlled, brand new, clean, has nice bathrooms, 2 entrances, an app to control the doors, autopay on the billing. Everything is modern and technologically advanced.

Dawn, the facility manager, was amazing. Personable and professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. (Ask about pre-payment locking in your rate). Like many storage companies, rate increases well beyond initial promos and even beyond the regular rate will happen due to dynamic/market pricing. I just moved out of ExtraSpace Storage in Loveland because my rate went from $111 to $166 from only 10 months ago.
