I would give a half of a star but it wouldn't let me. This moving company is despicable, and we're a little more than halfway through unpacking our things. So many things that were broken. From antique plates/vases(that have been in the family for 5 generations) and handmade items like an 8 foot quilt holder my grandpa(who passed 5 years ago)made, to broken shelves and busted up boxes(with my mother's wedding dress in it) and boxes missing lids and items.
Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY, HOLLY SET ME UP FOR A MOVE TODAY AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 9AM I CALLED SHE SAID OH IM SORRY LET ME SEE WHEN THEY WILL BE DONE WITH THE OTHER MOVE SO WE CAN SEE WHEN WE CAN GET TO YOU IT MAY BE FRIDAY... WTF THATS WHY WE SET AN APPOINTMENT!!! Then said I WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK..... 2 hours later no call no answer so I had to call a different moving company and pay extra because of short notice!!!!

I have used this company several times in the past and have always been satisfied… but my recent and definitely last experience was pretty ridiculous… the company sent two guys that took 5 hours to move a two bedroom without any couches and the ending price was definitely uncalled for… they were slowly taking their time very poor time management as if it were done purposely not sure if they were beginners but sure seemed to need someone to supervise them and their time… I have had way more items and bigger space…
Movers were 45 minutes late because 1) they left their business at 8 am when I asked them to BE there at 8 am, and 2) they were given an incomplete address, which I told the woman on the other line (Stella, I assume) 3 times. Then they tried to say that they start charging when they leave for the job. Seriously? YOU WERE LATE!!! You were not on the job site on time.
I was so disappointed with this moving company. They were an hour late, they only gave me a 5% discount for delaying my entire day, and the movers took several breaks while they were billing me $135/hr. Once they got yo my new home they chipped the paint on my walls moving furniture upstairs. We agreed they would take some furniture to Goodwill but because they worked so slow I didn’t want to pay extra to have them move the furniture. I had a terrible experience with this company.
The company told us three movers were going to be helping and that was not the case. Instead of moving furniture properly and using the moving blankets that were provided everything was moved with a dolly. This ended up damaging multiple pieces of furniture. As I unpack more boxes it seems more things are damaged. Fragile boxes were used as a base and we had multiple boxes crushed. Not the best when it comes to professional movers.
2nd time using this company. Scheduled 4 movers to assist, only 3 showed up. Movers started moving items out of garage and placed in the middle of driveway to start wrapping furniture. I called the main office based on the the agreement of …

The young men that moved my Mother’s things to a senior care facility were fast-working and extremely polite. They were careful with her belongings and placed them where she requested. After one short month in the facility, she moved back home. Once again, we requested Guerra Brothers move her back home because we were so satisfied with their work. We have used Guerra Brothers for every move we've made in the Waco area. Their customer service is incredible and their teams have always taken good care of our belongings and treated us with respect. They should be your first phone call when considering moving support.
We needed some last minute help with unloading our moving truck into storage. Guerra Brothers were able to put a crew together for us with very short notice. They arrived in a branded truck and worked hard in the heat. We are grateful for their service.
What an awesome company. Extremely flexible with a multiple day move on short notice. Friendly, fast, efficient, and not a single damaged item. I would highly recommend them if you need a quality mover!
