5 of the 25 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Guy Rents Mini Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 25 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

About 2 years when i was 17 random people threatened my life and stole from me. I had no choice but to hop the fence and hide in this storage facility because they were following me, the lady who worked there happened to see me and escorted …
My 25 year old son went to get a unit to store his things for the summer. He will come back in August for his last year of school. Was told by the owner "oh, your a student, you have to PREPAY for ALL months you plan to rent, and there are NO refunds". Will not auto charge you monthly, will not do business by computer. Very inept in todays world. Beware if you are going to rent here, make sure you get all the details up front.
The pricing on their website isn't what their pricing actually is. on their website it says that it is 32 a month when in fact they make you pay for 3 months so no matter what.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 10 four and five star reviews we have read for Guy Rents Mini Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Is it the best storage place in town? It is definitely the most affordable place in town. I also like the metal construction. Friendly owner, nice staff, clean, safe, and convenient. If you need less dust and climate control, there are others offering that at a much higher monthly rate.
