In their own words
They were two hours late. We had three dressers, a couch, a lift chair, and a small chest to move. My husband and I moved the rest. We set up everything in one area for them to pick up and move easily. Honestly, my husband suggested we cancel the move because we could’ve done it ourselves. I refused, as the price was reasonable at the time. However, that good price turned into $200 more than quoted. My mom is 83 years old and on a fixed income. Before the move, the company had no problem taking my emails or texts.
Dear Joni, We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team is dedicated to serving seniors with care and professionalism, and it’s disheartening to know we fell short of your expectations.

In their own words
Ian and Lucas were professional and hard working. They were businesslike in their task but were engaging also. They were punctual and respectful. They were careful with the furniture. Dealing with Danielle over the phone was also a pleasure. She kept me informed through the process and was prompt with handling the logistics and getting back with me when I had questions. I would hire H.O.M.E. Moving Co again and also recommend them.
Hi Ann, Thanks for the kudos! Ian and Lucas appreciate your kind words. We're thrilled that their professionalism and hard work left a positive impression. Danielle is equally pleased to have assisted you smoothly. If you ever need another move or have questions, we're just a call away.
Our family is beyond grateful for the absolutely top notch experience we had with this company. Emptying out my parent's home of over twenty years to move my Dad to a smaller home in a very short time period seemed overwhelming. But Brad, Danielle and quite honestly, every team member at H.O.M.E Senior Moving Services made it possible and with the least amount of stress and strain. We are truly grateful for the efficiency, professionalism, and compassion with which they offer their wide range of services.
Hi Dawn, Your kind words warm our hearts! We're thrilled to have made the process of moving your dad smoother and less stressful. Brad, Danielle, and the entire team at H.O.M.E Senior Moving genuinely care, and it's more than just a job for us. Your gratitude means the world.
We hired HOME Senior Movers to move my parents, and they did an incredible job. In two days, they packed everything, brought it over to the new place, and unpacked it all, and they were friendly and easy to work with the entire time. I recommend them for any kind of moving work for senior citizens. They're top tier. Update: We used HOME a second time to move one of my parents into a different wing of their senior living facility on fairly short notice.
Michael, Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting H.O.M.E. Senior Moving with your parents’ move. It truly means the world to us. Transitions like this can feel overwhelming, and our goal is always to make the process as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible — from packing to…
H.O.M.E. Senior Moving Company moved our furniture from our house to a townhome we purchased. Shane, Micah, Jacob and Caleb did an excellent job!!! They took care in preventing the furniture from any possible damage and then carefully moved on out of our house. When they arrived at the new home they were careful in getting in off the trailer and into the new home.
Tom, thank you so much for your glowing review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your move with H.O.M.E. Senior Moving went smoothly and that Shane, Micah, Jacob, and Caleb provided you with excellent service.
