Very unprofessional lost the glass to both my tables and then when I brought it up, he said that they will rectify the situation, but Alan didn't and then I wanted to go back-and-forth for me on social media 0 outta 10 i Do Not recommend
Your experience is unfortunate. The glass you speak of was not in the storage unit that we moved for you. I’m sure the previous movers broke them and didn’t bother to inform you. You weren’t present when we loaded the unit so it’s hard for you to say what was and wasn’t there.
Alan showed up at my house in a very timely fashion, wreaking of marijuana. I called him to remove a mattress that has bed bugs. Over the phone he stated …

Haul Masters was on time, picked up my donation quickly and the gentlemen who came were very courteous, friendly and professional.
Alan and Haul masters communicated a lot days before and day of pickup. There were multiple ways to communicate (text, call, and website). There was a problem with the truck door after arrival but before they could load the couch into the truck. But they made everything work and came back to pickup around my schedule the next day. They were clean and easy to work with. I would recommend to a friend and would use this company again!
Reliable! Friendly, good customer service fair pricing. Would recommend or use for future moves and also refer to family and friends
Alan was very prompt and courteous. Did a great job coordinating and lifting heavy pieces . And also explaining charges which was higher than expected. One thing I meant to ask was if Haul Masters gives a discount to fellow veterans. Would be good to know for future use .
