This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY with HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They helped a friend move recently. The owner said she had to tip his 7 guys $50 each. THEY BROKE SEVERAL ITEMS, and when contacting him, he said, "Not my problem." THEY NEVER REPAIRED ANY ITEMS. THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. TALK ABOUT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company...unless you're looking for someone to take your money and break your furniture.
Hello, were sorry to hear about your friend having a horrible experience with their moving project. At Heart 2 Heart our clients aren't obligated to give our employees anything. We are here to serve our clients with their moving needs.
I regretfully hired Heart 2 Heart to load a box truck form me. Kevin tried to overcharge me by about +1 hours rate for time spent loading the truck, and this is on top of me paying for a 3-man crew but almost never having more than 2 people working at a given time (and having 0 people for a good bit of paid time, too).
EDIT: My daughter’s bed kept squeaking since we moved. Turns out they used the wrong screws and did not install her bed back together properly and now the holes are stripped and her entire bed is broken. This takes my rating down to two stars. I understand that time wasn’t ideal but to half-hazardly put together furniture without ensuring it’s done right for the sake of being quick isn’t fair. Now I have to rebuy her entire bed and that’s $400 I don’t have just lying around. Pros: Very kind.

Heart2Heart moved us from an apartment to a condo about 4 miles across town. Kevin Brown coordinated the move from start to finish. He was professional and accommodating. His staff followed his directions and were polite and responsive to our requests. They were extremely careful with our furniture -- wrapping each piece in a cloth "blanket" and then using tape to keep the blanket on. As far as we can see there was no damage whatsoever to any of our furniture.

When I needed to move my home of twenty years, I wanted to utilize a black owned firm. I was fortunate to find Heart 2 Heart. Heart 2 Heart Delivery and Moving Solutions provided EXCEPTIONAL service for my family's move in December 2020. They were extremely accommodating when my closing date kept adjusting. Laquise was open about their availability and was able to initially schedule our job around the Thanksgiving weekend.
