In their own words
I'm unhappy with my last service call with Kramer's. I would have gave them one star but they are kind so I gave them two. I called to have my piano tuned and was told it would cost $125. The tech arrived at my house a few weeks later only to tell me it would cost $700-$3800 to fix the issue because the piano wasn't serviced for a very long time. I understand the upkeep was my responsibility but that's not the issue.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We have used Kramer's for tuning our pianos for many years and have always been very satisfied. They arrive on time and are always polite and very friendly. We have also bought several pianos from Kramer's for our church and for our personal use, have found their prices to be fair, and they stand behind their sales. They have also moved several of our pianos and have been very careful. We would highly recommend Kramer's for any piano services.
Highly recommend this place! I recently had an issue with my piano, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and took great care of my instrument. Wonderful experience and excellent service!
Phenomenal company in all ways!!! Tuning and them moving our family baby grand. As with everything they give a great price but more than that it is like dealing with family. Highly recommend them to anyone that has a piano. They are the best!!!!
Outstanding communication and service - this level of professionalism is seldom seen these days. Thanks so much!!!
