In their own words
Heller brothers were incredibly professional, on time and very careful with moving our expensive and antique heirlooms (4th generation baby grand piano) as well as our entire home. We are so grateful that not only were they conscientious and provided continuous communication up until the moving date, but upon arrival on the moving date they had the right crew to handle the job and got it done correctly and on time. I would highly recommend Zack and Austin to help you with your move anywhere in the Valley.
Thank you for the glowing review Daniel! We were happy to move your belongings from your beautiful house and were glad to safely move your 4th generation piano without any damage! Thanks again for how well you treated us during the move!
Austin and Steve were awesome! On time and knocked out the job quick with all the proper equipment. They took great care of the packaging and transport. The placement of the piano was perfect. Good pricing with service like that I will definitely be using them in the future👌 …
Thank you for the great review! We really appreciate you trusting us with your piano. It was a pleasure working with you and we're glad everything from the timing to the placement went smoothly.
This is the second time we have them move piano for us:) They are the best movers we’ve ever had! I don’t know too much about piano but I was getting a piano from a lady for my son. The first time: They helped me value the piano and fix some issues that piano had very responsively! The second time: they helped moving our old piano away. Zach also gave me very professional suggestions about how to upgrade it in the future and offered whatever help they could to help my son experience a perfect gift.
Thank you for your glowing review! We are overwhelmed with the positive words you had to share about our business! We wish you the best with your piano! Thanks again!
I had an amazing experience with Heller Piano Moving and Storage! I purchased a classic piano from a noble couple in Phoenix, and Zack, along with his assistant, expertly moved it all the way to my shop in downtown Prescott for the upcoming Shyla Saigon. They handled the piano with the utmost care, taking extra time to thoroughly examine it before leaving to ensure everything was perfect. The whole move went smoothly and professionally. Plus, they gave me a generous discount, which was greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your positive feedback. Our team is pleased to hear about the successful timeline we achieved for Shyla Saigon! We hope you are enjoying the New Piano!
