I don’t normally do bad reviews but this company is a scam. They will send you a contract and then make the appointment. Then the day of they won’t send you anything. I kept calling them to see when they will arrive. Nobody arrived. I left voicemails and wouldn’t get a call back. I also emailed and got no response. If I could give a zero review I would. I’m not sure who gave these good reviews but I had all my family try to call and nothing *Update* I called the number and was sent to voicemail again.

if i could rate it a zero I definitely would. **DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!** This company was hired for service two months in advance. Contract was sent over for me and my fiancée to sign and went ahead and charged for it. We called two days before the move to confirm and they went ahead and confirmed all our info and gave us a timeframe of 8am-10am for the movers to come.

Total scam … They charged me and cancelled service , sent me a screen shot of refund which is not in my account yet . Now when I disputed , they reports to bank that the service is completed as per contract. I spoke to a guy named Chris , who told me , is the operation manager .Beware, Don’t ever pay these guys money in advance . Scammer alert !!!

Moving piano. Appt for 10-12am. Arrived 2:20pm. No wrap legs, pedals, music stand or cover. No piano dolly; used small 2 ft dolly. Covered heavily once in truck breaking music stand. Not professional piano movers.
