I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by this moving company. During the move, the crew caused significant damage to my wall. Accidents happen, and initially, I was understanding because they explicitly promised they would take responsibility and fix it. However, since the move day, it has been a completely different story. They have completely cut off communication.
I am writing this review after multiple follow ups on the claims that they supposedly filed after causing damages to the furniture. Scheduling services, movers as driving on time and were quick, these are the good things. I scheduled an move for moving some heavy furniture at different floors inside the house. As you can see that a very expensive glass center table and another expensive marble top of dining table has cracks on them. It was St Patrick's day and I tipped the movers on top of regular charges.

Zero professionalism. While our stuff did get moved, it was at the hands of two smokers who reeked of cigarette smoke (to the point of being able to smell them from rooms away). When I called Charles (assuming the boss) to follow up - his response was a nonchalant, “yes they both smoke and I’ve heard this before”. No concern to the fact that some people may be very turned off by this experience if someone is moving mattresses and other soft goods, as they did for us.
Initially asked if they unhook and hookup washers and dryers and they said yes, but upon arrival, they said they dont do that. They damage stuff. Try to blame the method of packing for the damage incurred, although the damage was caused from them dropping a load down the stairs. Damaged a dresser as well, which has nothing to do with packing. Person who dropped the load down the stairs didnt apologize and blamed damage on the way I packed things.
I had hired this moving company a while ago and recalled being happy with their service and so recently hired them to move furniture out of a room so we could install new carpet. I was quoted $290 over the phone when setting the appointment but when the workers got to our property I was informed, (once they had moved the furniture out), that the cost quoted to me was only for moving the furniture out of the room and that it would be another $200 to move it back in once the carpet was installed.

The scheduling team quickly reorganized everything, while the movers adjusted their workflow without missing a beat. They stayed calm, communicated clearly, and never made me feel like I was causing a problem. That flexibility completely changed my week.
