Can't rent here, Awful Smelling building. They use chemicals to make the place smell awful! Yuk, could taste it, had to wash clothes asap and it carried into the car! Nice way to get your stuff wrecked, building in general seemed pretty clean. Response to Owner: The smells I encountered were Not mere cleaning supplies of a lemon scent or other. They were strong chemical building type atomizers emmitting airborne scents.
Kelly, I am sorry you got that impression. We try very hard to have the cleanest storage facility in the state. We use common household cleaners such as Lysol wipes, … More
Claims to be an Amazon Package receiving hub; even listed on the Amazon website; but I get a phone call from Amazon saying they were unable to deliver my package. Tried calling the number to this place and it automatically goes to machine and says they can't answer my call. If you're not available, don't post as though you are!
This is the worst storage facility I’ve ever seen very deceitful lying about upsell‘s I would recommend that people stay far away from the Storage facility very very dark environment
I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Please give me a call on my cell [phone removed] and let me know about it. We strive to provide the best facility for our customers and it sounds like somewhere we failed with you.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Super clean, with really helpful management. I appreciated working with Rick who was always friendly and involved in helping to meet my needs. Good pricing and excellent service. Safe and secure.
Easy to access, clean and well lit interior (on motion sensor lights). When ending rental it was as easy as clearing out the storage unit and calling them the next day. Rented there over 5 years and always had questions quickly answered. Overall fantastic storage facility.
Rick was so friendly and incredibly helpful when I called in to ask questions about pricing, size, and support. I am storing here because of the wonderful customer service, I called several times because I kept thinking of other specs I wanted and Rick was very kind and attentive in every call. I didn’t even care to look at other units in the area. It was an easy choice with Sandy City Storage. On top of that the pricing is fair and the facility is exceptionally clean. I’m so happy I was able to get a unit here!
The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, but what really makes the difference is Misty. She is incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help with anything I need. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
