In their own words
The crew is great, but their inaccurate estimate made for double the expected cost, and their flawed claims process made for zero compensation for damages. The estimate was aggressively low, which resulted in an expected 2nd truck load. I'd recommend having them come walk-through the home when providing an estimate to avoid this experience. I appreciated that they were willing to put in a 14-hour day, vs a 7-hour day to get the job done.
Hi Sable, thanks for your review and for the kind words towards our crew. I apologize once again that this is how you feel and this was the experience you had. We do our best to go above and beyond for all our customers, and it looks like … More

In their own words
Jay, Will, Cowboy, and Chad provided top-notch service for our move. I booked them to pack a 26' truck for an out-of-state relocation, and they exceeded expectations. They arrived on time, were professional throughout, and communicated clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt completely safe having them in my home. They were honest and straightforward—no unnecessary upselling or trying to charge for every small detail—and truly delivered trustworthy, reliable snd FAST service.
Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! It means a lot that you trusted Momentum Moving to pack your truck for such an important move. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Jay, Will, Cowboy, and Chad.
Jay and his crew at Momentum Movers were fantastic! They showed up right on time, worked quickly, and were extremely careful with everything. They made our move so much easier and stress-free. Highly, highly recommend Jay and the Momentum Movers team!
The crew was on time and went above and beyond what we expected. Great price! They were rockstars, I would recommend them to anyone considering moving.
Thank you for this review and the kind words! Hearing that you felt you received great value and would recommend us to others means a lot to our entire team. Thank you for that recommendation!
Chris and Tim were amazing! The were super efficient and such friendly guys. I’m in a boot and crutches so it was extremely helpful to have them help me move. I have only two tiny complaints. I guessed that the final cost was going to be a little more than what they quoted me, but I didn’t expect it to be doubled.
Thank you for leaving a kind review and sharing your complaints, even if they are tiny, they are important. It's a good way for us to improve. I want to apologize that your estimate was off. We do our best to try and provide accurate … More
