Never again! Not that it matters since I will NEVER be returning to Florida (the worst state of the union). A $400 load up job is costing me more than $1500 after they RUINED two pieces of furniture and are now blaming me for their shotty UNPROFESSIONAL work. I'm absolutely LIVID! Having used them in the past, with great experiences, I did not hesitate this time. As well, my family have used them too, with good results....NOT THIS TIME. This time, boxes imploded as they piled heavy boxes over the lightweight ones. Dishes broken, plastic bins broken. No inventory as to the number of boxes. In the end, a major item was missing. And, when I contacted them, I was met with " you could claim a Rolex was lost.

Hired these guys to move from a 3br apartment to a 2br apartment in the same complex, then take a few furniture items 5 to 8 miles away to a one story house. Charged total of $800+ and we tipped $20 each guy. Initially we took the deal of 3 movers for 3hrs for $425; I was aware it was $175 for each additional hour. They arrived early with 4 guys. Although myself and what seemed like the owner or supervisor (Dennis) were in constant contact, the 4th guy was never mentioned.

They workers were unprofessional, using foul language and complaining the entire time. They damaged property and did not handle boxes labeled fragile with care at all. Instead they stacked heavier boxes on top of them. When they would enter the unit to bring items in they would say in the the worst tone "where ya want this." The owner refused to cover any damages and there was no additional insurance offered. This company does not even have insurance otherwise they would not fight so hard to not file claims.

Helping Hands Moving was by far the best moving company I've ever used! Dennis, the owner, was very friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process. I hired Dennis and 2 other very friendly movers to unload my POD which had to be parked pretty far from my Condo. These guys handled it like champs! Always positive, organized and got the job done quickly even though there was a lot of distance for them between my POD and my Condo! I 1000% recommend Helping Hands Moving and give them 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

I had the best experience using Helping Hands Moving. Bevaun, Courtney, David were incredible!!! The guys arrived early, were extremely professional, and moved very efficiently. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone needing a hand moving! Thanks guys :)
I have lived in 8 different states in my adult life and have always dreaded the moving company. Most are handled by 3rd party brokers which means lack of communication in instructions and requests. Helping Hands is so different, you get to deal with them directly if you choose to. Dennis the owner is just simply outstanding to deal with. I have used Helping Hands on a number of occasions to move stuff for my Mom, my business and my personal items. Forget the big hyped commercial companies you see on television.
