If I could give a 0 I would probably do it, worst experience ever. Do not recommend, not professional and will treat you and your stuff like it doesn’t matter. Don't know how they have such great reviews... I would encourage anyone looking for a moving company to take a look at the "good reviews" they have and see how they all look the same and profiles seem sketchy. The bad ones seem to come from real people, you can to draw your own conclusions.

Extremely overpriced, poor customer service, and limited communication. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Despite providing an accurate count of boxes/ furniture my price was twice the estimate. I had my items picked up a week ago and I have not heard anything about when my items will arrive. I've reached out several times and they refuse to communicate.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are simply a broker, they do not do any actual moving. When everything they said would happen doesn't, they feign ignorance and say that they are only the broker and what the movers do or don't do "is out of their control." All they do is go on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and find people who will move stuff for the cheapest amount. They promise and guarantee a whole lot to you, but those are just words, because when the actual movers get there it's a whole different story.
If I could give zero stars, I would. And I'm sure they'll delete my review, as I have seen from other people's posts. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the services I recently received through this company. At first, I thought, "wow, this company is great" while my estimate was taken quickly and you were the cheapest option out of about 10 that I got estimates for. Granted, it may have been due to moving location, but I was legit outright scammed by the company. You outsourced my move.
They literally made our cross country move a nightmare. What they don’t tell you is that they essentially outsource all of the different portions of their move and they did so without notifying us prior to our move date. When the movers got to our house, it was a completely different moving company. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible communication, wrong pick up date, wrong delivery date twice, cannot leave a message, service numbers either don’t work or the people don’t know what they are doing, the broke dozens of items including tv, bookcase, entertainment center. They didn’t deliver items- king mattress, computer, bed frame, arm chair. Worst moving company I have ever used or even heard of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They tried to up charge 150% for move from estimate.
Worst moving experience ever. They under quoted me by $6000.00. They lost my stuff. I didn’t have 1 contact person for the move. Multiple people contacted me every few days. The moving truck only had 1 person to unload. I would never recommend this company.

When we expanded my brewery to a second location, i needed fermentation tanks, kegs, and refrigeration units moved safely. the movers disassembled each piece carefully, packed fragile glassware, and stored kegs until the new taproom was finished. their packing service really impressed me they labeled equipment by brewing stage, which made reassembly seamless. delivery was on time with smoothly, and all my equipment was spotless.

When I relocated my restaurant, I was most worried about my commercial kitchen equipment industrial ovens, stainless steel prep tables, fryers, and fragile glass dishware. the next stop relocation team showed up with heavy-duty dollies, protective wraps, and specialized crates. they packed each appliance securely and labeled every piece for reassembly. some equipment went into storage while my new kitchen was finished, and everything came back spotless and ready to install.
