First person I spoke to gave one price, right at closing and said if it’s available the next day they’d give me a phone call. He was very insistent on me paying over the phone with him at that moment even though I’d repeated that I’d pay it THE NEXT DAY if it was still available, multiple times. Today they called, quoted a different price & when I questioned it he was very rude in his response and said “Well I’m telling you the new price!” Immediately no.

I call to get pricing on a closet size unit and the man that I spoke too was very rude and did not want to speak to me clearly I will never call that place again

Had problems backing my trailer into lot due to length of overall rig. Marshall called me from his vacation and moved me to another spot.. I’m parking a boat trailer in their Boynton lot. I have seen their Deerfield facility and would recommend it if you have a boat on a trailer and want easy access to water. Great value. Great service.

I had an outstanding experience at Mizner Storall, and what really stood out was the incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The owner was especially impressive — very hands-on, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about both the business and the customers. It’s rare to see that level of personal involvement and professionalism.

Mizner Storall is the best, had my two cars stacked and two units for the summer while I was up north and transitioning from Boca to Miami. Marshall and his team went above and beyond to have all my items in one place, everything was super secure, their systems are top notch and they are fantastic with communicating, highly recommend to anyone in southern Florida looking for storage opportunities! a++++
