I chose this company because of the positive references, but the team that came to do my move was unprepared. First, they did not comply with the agreement to do the move in the agreed number of hours because one employee did not leave his cell phone and the other carried one box at a time, seeming to be stalling to do more hours than agreed and I would have to pay more, which is what happened. Second, they did not pack my 62' TV and broke the screen.

Horrible company. Great beforehand but when things go wrong (like an employee stealing your check book and writing checks in their name), the owner tries to offer to pay for things they broke and ignore the fact that they hired theifs. Furthermore, he tried to get me to sign a legal document to not write bad reviews. No deal...you reap what you sew.

Look out people this is the worst company. They have steel cheated and lie, and they do not have respect for any woman. They know what they did to me was wrong. They never deliver my furniture the way they had to a lot of things were broken and when you try to explain to them, I have them in recording all they do is scream, but I am gonna do something about this. BEWARE, I had cancel literally the next day, and they didn’t want to return my deposit when on the document it said that I can get my refund within the 7 days of cancellation. I explain to them the next following day of why I’m canceling and did NOT WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK. Horrible!!!!!!! Next time change the policy of ya document don’t claim that customers can get the refund back with 7 day of cancellation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! had a very small move out of a small apartment and they still managed to completely break 2 of my tv’s, a chair, didn’t take my couch out of all the wrapping before they left a a huge hole in my wall, i tipped them anyways $100 and the movers tried to force me to give them an extra $100 tip, horrible move horrible service.

I was so excited by the reviews and initial dealings with them. However the move from Florida to SC didn't go well. They didn't bring all the boxes and furniture into the house but left in garage. They didn't reassemble things or put things in right locations. The movers had to be directed each step of the way. Just disappointed.

Bad choice. They broke my new $400 TV and wanted to pay me $50, even though the TV can't be fixed. I'm going after my rights and we'll resolve it in court. Bad choice.

Endrickson and Marco are highly recommended. They're very friendly and fun to talk to. They're very efficient but still take great care of your items, wrapping them up and packing the truck to the brim like an expert level of tetris.
