In their own words
I hired this mover after reading reviews. I can say as a one time customer that I did not experience five star service. The cost for the move was higher than two others I got estimates from. I chose this one because of all the stellar reviews. This mover broke a Tiffany lamp, a leg of a dresser, put a hole in my new construction wall, broke a dinning table that is one of a kind imported from Italy.
Hello Doreen, We sincerely apologize for your experience. We did everything we could to make … More
Spoke to someone named Doug about moving my stuff. He bragged about how Patriot Moving is the top moving company in the county. This was despite the fact that he was rude, condescending, and very abrupt. He said he would call me back - I never heard from him.
Hi BM, We are so sorry you perceived the situation this way! It is our number one priority to make sure each and every one of our customers receives the highest quality moving and delivery services as possible.
Buyer Beware! Does anyone really believe that a company can have 769 reviews and they are all 5 stars? We bought an expensive dining room table at True Treasures. They told us it would be $250 delivery fee. Sounds expensive, right? But the salesman said that everything would be professionally wrapped and handled with care. Actually nothing was wrapped. Not the base of the table, not the marble top and the 6 chairs were stacked one on top of another in a cardboard box.
I used Patriot moving to store furniture as well move several high dollars pieces from one home to another. Apparently they had a flood in one of their units . several of my items were …
Dear Mike, We’re very sorry you feel this way as it’s our goal to provide nothing but 5 star service to all of our customers. Unfortunately, the flood in our warehouse was out of our control, and we did everything in our power to handle the situation fair and accordingly.
They were very rude when doing the job and put everything poorly into the boxes, would not trust these movers into anybody's home.
Hi Alicia! We’ve never done work for you, and it’s highly immoral to leave false reviews. Our team prides ourselves and works very hard to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. We ask you kindly to please do the right thing and delete this review.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Lenny, Raphael and Mike were absolutely amazing. What a wonderful team and wonderful company to work with. These guys were so respectful, careful and courteous. Would highly recommend! Great price and super efficient.
We have used Patriot movers many times now. Anthony, Lenny, and Rafael were the best. They are personable and nice and keep the momentum and the vibes going. We have been lucky every time they have sent movers out with their personalities and hustle. But we really loved them and would use them again. Also, if you’re using patriot or any other moving company FEED YOUR GUYS AND HAVE WATER FOR THEM!!! They work their butts off and yes they might bring their own food but it’s courtesy and it’s the right thing to do!!
These are the most professional and hard working movers I have ever had. I have moved over 20 times with international moves as well and Patriot is a super star. Seth, Vince and Andrew worked with us for three days. They handled all of our things with care and communicated exceptionally well. Thank you guys for helping get me in my new home.
Used these guys twice now. Emptied out houses with unwanted items, bulky furniture and such. Anyway, the guys are super friendly nice they understand what was going on. Simply welcome through the house. Told them what i needed removed. They knocked it out. They had all the transportation equipment that could’ve been needed. Smart, well mannered, English speaking trustworthy guys. Derek, Michel and Anthony were my movers today! I highly recommend this company.
