In their own words
Very disappointed! Henry Hauling LLC is not reliable. I set up my move date a month in advance. 4 days before the move (1 day before a holiday weekend) I am told they can't do it until 2 days after my move out date. Steve was rude and unprofessional in this transaction. I do not recommend this company if you want reliable service.
Ms. Mayeux, I am so sorry we were not able to accommodate your move. I tried to reach out immediately when I noticed a scheduling conflict so we would not leave you stranded on your actual moving day. I understand your frustrations behind our cancellation and do sincerely apologize.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
On time and right on price. Very professional eager to help move anything even if you forgot to tell him. Everything wrapped meticulously and all furniture handled like it was their own. Nothing damaged. Also we’re very quick. If we move again, no question who we will call and you should call them to, to get you moved.
Thank you for trusting us with your move, Ray! Take care!
Great communication, Responsive, Trustworthy! A+++. We moved from BTR to ATL, Stephen & all crew were great to work with. Good value, high quality, excellent coordination and communication. Would use Henry’s Hauling again and again.
Thank you for trusting us with your move, Greg! Take care!
I first used Henry Hauling, LLC about four months ago for a move of office equipment and furniture to a new location. Computers, desks, a conference table, artwork --- were meticulously wrapped, loaded, and unloaded. No new scratches, scrapes, or broken parts. I had a second very, very small move last week. It involved my youngest daughter's LSU Baton Rouge apartment into a U-Haul that I had rented to bring everything back to New Orleans.
Thank you for the kind words, Bill! It has been our pleasure to work with you. Please let us know if we can ever help you in the future.
Shout out to Henry Hauling LLC!! Honestly - I went through a rigorous experience trying to find a reliable moving company. I asked friends and friends of friends for their suggestions for moving company. I read through all the Yelp reviews (PRO TIP: filter on all the NEGATIVE reviews first to see which company has the least/most). I ended up choosing Henry Hauling LLC because they had the least negative reviews and most competitive $ rate vs movers in their area.
Thank you for the kind words, Erica! I am so happy our team was able to take care of you. We strive to provide 5-star service that exceeds the industry’s expectations and I am proud that we did just that. If we can ever be of assistance in the future, please let us know. Enjoy your new home!
