I had to give them one star, as there was not an option for NO STAR!!! Very dissatisfied with this company and their customer service! My smart tv was damaged after asking the mover to cover it before taking it out, furniture was damaged with scrapes and chippings, and the leg from the dryer was detached. And I was asked to place it back. I have attempted to reach this company on more than 6 occasions via phone and I emailed regarding the damages. I still have not received a response nor any communication.
We hired student movers after having a bad experience with another company. Everything was going good until they started unloading our furniture at the new house. They dropped a very nice coffee table on the concrete and a piece broke off. I was told that it would be fixed the next day. Nothing has been done, I will wash my hands and never use this company again.
Wish i could give them no stars. They showed looked at the hottub and said we can't move that. Try to arrange a tip before doing anything. I called 3 times and told them the hottub weighted 870lbs so they would bring enough help and the right kind of dolly.
We’re really sorry the job didn’t get done. If you had been more forthcoming about having a giant hot tub when you booked the move, I wouldn’t have wasted your time, our time or had to eat the cost by trying to help since the hot tub was in the middle of no where.
Very dissatisfied, they ruined my brand new sofa and I had photo proof before and after. Offered 120.00 towards cleaning but would not cover the total cost although I didn’t ask for replacement because it was also ripped.
Just find another company. Name is deceiving!!! Hard workers, hard on the items being moved, not professional, trucks are in bad shape and we were broken down for 4 hours on the side of the road!!! Keep scrolling!!!

Move last Friday in Baton Rouge was great. Arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully taking care to not damage anything. No damage, not even a ding. All three movers were courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job of packing the truck tight and making the move smooth. Move was done in the estimated time which was a fair price. Only charged for the actual time to move. Movers took no rest breaks except while in the truck from one house to the other. It was a pleasure working with them.

Student Movers became my heroes when they turned themselves inside out to accommodate an out-of-state move for me same day! I needed to move the contents of my storage unit from Baton Rouge to Dallas, TX. I drove 8 hours from Dallas to Baton Rouge and paid for a hotel for the night so that I could meet the movers the next morning. I had to be back in DFW on Sunday and moved in so that I could start a new job on Monday.
I had to move across Baton Rouge and was a bit worried about how everything would go, especially with some heavy furniture and fragile items. From the moment Student Movers arrived, I felt a lot more at ease. They showed up right on time and got straight to work, carefully wrapping and loading everything. Kevin made sure things stayed organized and answered any questions I had along the way. What really stood out was how efficient and careful the whole crew was.
