God help you if you every use these people. Talk is great and the work isn't done. Hide all your drugs are they will be removed. They do disassemble your furniture to load it but they don't reassemble what they take apart. They have no knowledge of how to disassemble your furniture without tearing it up and swearing that the carpenter who assembled it broke it putting it together. No matter how many blankets you provide, your things will be scratched, damaged or destroyed.

We scheduled a crew for the evening to load a truck and the next day to unload it. After being an hour late for loading the truck I called. They said the movers were on a job and it was taking longer but assured me they were finishing up and would be on there way to me. After another 2 hours I called and they said they had an emergency and they were working on a replacement crew. That was the last communication we got. They didn’t answer calls after that. Movers never showed up.

I scheduled move for 10/4/19 weeks in advance. I also scheduled truck for same date for 8am. The night before i got email saying a mover has a stomach bug an d they will arrainge to have moveg rs at 11am. I told them truck was being picked up at 7am for 8am move. I was assured that 3 movers would be there at 8am. Next morning, I have truck. No movers, No call. After repeated calls, Dylan calls. Mandie not answering phone? Mover at ER with staph infection. Will try for 11am. ENOUGH!!

What a disaster. Our movers were an hour and a half late. I had to call them to be told they were behind on a job (the movers said they didn't have a job earlier that day, btw). A couple of college-aged kids showed up with nothing but gloves and we quickly realized they knew nothing about moving. Doors on furniture were flying open, my filing cabinet spilt in the front yard, one of the motorized legs of my very expensive standing desk was dropped on the concrete and the motor popped out.

We weren’t happy with our Baton Rouge helpers Instead of telling us that all of our belongings wouldn’t fit in our truck because they only was concerned with packing the boxes. Therefore they stuffed our furniture in and when we arrived at our destination, it was VERY difficult to get the door open. After opening the door, we realized that many of our items were damaged and will have to be replaced. They damaged our 75” tv.

The movers and helpers, who showed up to help me, turned out to be young theives ( Detective Pino will attest to that claim) dead set on robbing me of my precious gemstones, diamonds, 20 dollar gold pieces, rare coins, and other valuable items and they did. Thanks to Det. Pino, some of it was recovered, but not all.

My movers, or mover (since one guy showed up & had to call for help later) showed up almost an hour late. No communication until well after the time I scheduled and confirmed, twice. I missed my time slot to pick up my keys at my new place b/c they were late. They did not fully break the beds down and caused more damage that way. One guy was hungover and flirting with my family member who was there to help me with the move as well.

Hired this outfit for 2 men for 4 hours to unload 26' UHaul. My friend and I helped unload to expedite the job; it took the four of us 2 hours to unload the truck. I paid in advance for four hours. This Company refuses to refund $253 for two hours work not performed. READ THE FINE PRINT, I'm sure it's there; it's a company policy that once they have your money, all decency goes out the window. They will simply not refund any money already paid even if the work wasn't performed.
