The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This is my first time using a moving company and it was a FANTASTIC experience. I moved in May 2024 and the two guys that came were on time, courteous and worked hard! Very efficient and I never saw them taking a break. I was quite impressed. Despite the hold up with the elevator, they handled the situation professionally and still unloaded the truck so they were ready to start loading right away. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future moves!

Vidas and his crew are amazing! They were fast, professional and helped me get thru a tough situation. My construction company was slow in getting my renos done and I had asked the moving company to store some of my furniture in the garage and assemble some in my home. They offered to leave everything wrapped with their blankets even though they were not obligated to. Its been 3 days and they havent bothered me to return them. Thats something most other moving companies wouldnt do.

Wow — Hercules Movers blew all expectations out of the water!! Incredibly amazing service. The team showed up early, were very professional, and complied with our requests. They even wore face masks throughout the entire experience to make us feel extra safe during the pandemic! The day was long, but the entire time, Hercules’ team was friendly, professional, smiling, time flexible, and strong! Everything that they moved ended up in one piece, and we were so unbelievably happy with their services.
