The only expectation to have if highering this company is that they will "show up". Everyone I spoke to at this company was rude. The movers were 2.5 hours late. I had to go back to our old house to clean the carpets because they tracked mud all through the basement. They were careless with moving expensive items, they scratched the surface of our walmlnut table top. They were extremely slow and inefficient and tried to stay longer than booked to get paid for another hour.
Dear Jamie, we're very sorry you felt we were unable to meet our usual high standards with this move. We take customer feedback very seriously and although we were unable to satisfy you this time, we have learned from the experience and will ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for using us.

I had an amazing experience with High Level Movers! To start, I had originally booked another moving company (Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company) but I had a terrible experience with the guy over the phone and felt he was being rude so I ended up cancelling (and losing my $300 + tax deposit). I then googled other moving companies and found High Level Movers. I was moving alone (and with a dog) and the two men that showed up made my life so easy.
