In their own words
This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. What was supposed to be a straightforward flat-rate move turned into a stressful and expensive situation filled with unexpected charges and pressure tactics. On delivery day, they reinterpreted basic terms like “main floor delivery” to justify adding extra fees that were never clearly explained upfront. Then came additional charges for stairs — again, not properly disclosed at the time of booking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS - THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE I was scammed out of $2500 by High Stream Moving. I used them for a cross border move from Toronto to NY. I went through a detailed quote process that included photos and videos of everything that was being moved. The moving contract included sections allowing them to charge additional fees for things like packing and extra space - when I inquired about this and asked them to provide a true all-inclusive, all-in price - while providing…

These movers are the best! Everyone that I met with or talked to from High Stream Moving were so professional, kind, organized and honest. They went over and above anything I expected! I loved how they packed/wrapped/ protected the furniture and boxes. They were exactly what I prayed for! When you need to find movers you can trust going long distance with such valuable personal possessions it is beyond stressful.

Affordable price. Pick up of piano was on time. Delivered earlier than original time. They were quick and efficient with time. Piano was wrapped and secured prior to the move.
Thank you for the amazing review! It was a pleasure helping you, and we’re so happy everything went smoothly. Enjoy your piano!
High Stream Moving Company really earned this one. I was moving from Canada to Florida and decided to hire my own crew to load the trailer. IceStream delivered the trailer exactly when they said they would, and from the start everything was well organized. The driver was supposed to handle the packing and securing of the load, and honestly, he exceeded my expectations. He managed to fit the contents of two three-bedroom homes into a 34-foot trailer. I was amazed.
Thank you Zeev for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your trust in High Stream Moving for your move from Canada to Florida. … More
I had a great experience with High Stream Movers. I did a long distance move from Ontario to PEI and Victor and his crew packed the truck solid. Not a single piece shifted, and everything arrived without damage. Unpacking on this end we ran into trouble fitting a few items but they were patient and managed to get the items in the right places. I truely appreciate them from start with Andre and his wonderfully detailed quotes and willing to modify based on my changes. And victor and his no nonsense work ethic.
