If I could give negative stars, HGM would be the first to receive them! Inconsiderate boys who are extremely unprofessional work for this company and I would NEVER trust them to handle my move!

The team at Higher Ground Moving is beyond exceptional! I needed a full house move with just a couple weeks notice and was worried about finding a reputable company. However, after a quick call to Higher Ground, I knew I’d be in the right hands! Ruby was so nice and efficient during the phone consultation and she promptly got me scheduled as well as provided all the information I would need to know for the move. On the day of, Devon, Phil, Miggy, and Kevin showed up on time and ready to get the job done.
These guys were beyond amazing! From my first phone call with Ruby I knew the experience would be great, but when Kyle, Connor, and Brian showed up the far exceeded the high expectations I already had for them. The were fast, efficient, and very careful to make sure all my items moved without any damage. I had a difficult driveway with a lot of stairs and the guys powered through with smiles on their faces. Just amazing positive energy and absolutely the team you want helping you move!

The Higher Ground crew had a massive undertaking with our labor intensive 2-day move (totaling 3 qty. 26’ trucks) and they rocked it beyond all expectations and did so with professionalism, determination and pride in each accomplishment along the way! They were personable, remembered our names, genuine, and hard workers.

We were initially interested because of the great reviews, but there's always that lingering question about reviews being legit. We were amazed at the professional, hardworking, fast team that moved us! This team, Tyler, Conner, Zack, Paul and Jordan, was fantastic and amazingly pleasant to work with! They took care of anything we asked them to do quickly and efficiently and were always ready to do anything we needed.
Well, we can’t please everyone all the time but our crew truly does try their best to do so. We are very pleased to hear about your experience.
