In their own words
They may be great at removing junk but in moving my household 200 miles, a number of my items were scratched and gouged. Wrapping furniture in basically saran wrap does not protect wood articles. One piece fell and the top (small custom decorative table) broke completely off the base. "You probably just need some wood glue." No apologies for any of the damage that was pointed out, no offer of compensation. The truck needs blowing out before being loaded. Fine sand was found on some items.

They keep asking for a review... Fine... I was extremely disappointed. I wasn't at the job and paid a lot. I don't think I got what I paid for and never got any pics of what I paid for. They didn't want to handle the metal but said they could arrange for a junk guy to come get it... which they never did. A lot of other stuff was just left. My mistake was paying the bill in good faith. I should have held back some until I found out what they did. My mistake.

The original estimate was $147 for an hour to move a washer dryer from Bend to Redmond. Seemed fair so I gave the go ahead. The finial price was $294 for two hours of work. It actually took them an hour and a half to do it. don't know why. So they over charge me and lie to me. No, I wouldn't recommend this business.

Was told one thing on the phone and told another thing when they showed up. Asked the guys to swing wide when leaving my driveway, so they wouldn’t run over the big rocks at the end of driveway, but they ran over it moving it and then driving off without putting it back, even though I was standing there with my arms up going really.

Pick up employees were friendly and fast. However, I did not appreciate that I was billed 2 staircase fees (for a ground level pick up) and the total charge was more than double the initial online quote. Would not use again.

Moving is one of my biggest pet peavs, I dread it every single time I do, and always put it off to the last minute. I called Live Junkless of Bend, OR because I heard of them from a friend. I only gave them one day notice of my move and they accommodated it like I have had it scheduled with them for weeks. So, The dreadful day of the move finally arrived and it was go time!
