I was in need of a storage unit on my mom's property to store some of my personal items between moving. It was delivered but the delivery man (what I was told the owners son) hit the post at the gate. All of the posts are concrete in the ground. He said that he would call his mom and figure something out. We never heard anything back. My mom and her husband had to fix it themselves. About a year later I call and have the container picked up. They could pick up between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.

Aweful experience with this company! Suppose to be there for us elderly at 10:30 am and got a call at 10:50 that they don't have 2 guys to unload our Uhaul office furniture and can we change it to the next day. No we can't, so us elderly unloaded what we can and so they sent 1 guy whichever my 74 yr old husband was the 1 guy partner to be his moving partner! So now we have chiropractor expenses on top of the lack that this company has! Don't book with them. The guy that showed up an hour late, not his fault!

Poor attitudes. The movers were bad mouthing my loaders. They also are refusing to provide me a receipt. Im almost certain its because they up charged me and they dont want me to see it. I believe the had sub contractor movers to help us, as the payment went into a personal account, not to be represented by the actual company. I requested a itemized receipt multiple times and they said they would. Been crickets ever since. Would not recommend.

We have worked with a variety of movers in the area and I would not use them again. They were flexible and accommodating to changing schedules. The pace was slow and scope of the job not fully understood. We hired help packing the morning of and the people that were sent did not know how to pack. I expected them to be the experts with the correct packing materials, which was not the case. We have several friends who recently had a full house packed in one day with the same amount of movers.

I'm the Realtor on this move job and sharing for my client. She's elderly and single. Paid $5,000 for a one way Madras to LaGrande, 26' truck. 3 bedroom(only 2 beds/dressers however) 1066 sq ft. She is not a hoarder, normal amount of belongings and no appliances, bbq's, or mowers. They left 1/2 of a pickup load of her belongings behind! She has no way to get them to her new home 4.5 hours away.

I do not recommend this company. The owner, Nikky, provided me with a quote, but on the day of the move the mover arrived, loaded my items, and then presented me with an invoice with no price listed, asking me to sign it. When I questioned why there was no total, I was told they were charging $85 more than the quoted amount. I never signed or authorized this increased charge, nor was I ever sent an invoice beforehand. I attempted to contact the owner to resolve this issue and have yet to receive a call back.

Booked my service, paid the $300 deposit and when I asked if the full deposit would be used the receptionist told me if it was only an hour at $197/hr they would return the rest of my deposit. The day of my move I got a link to confirm my appointment and learned that there was an hour of drive time coming out of my pocket, billed at $197 for the hour. The movers did the whole job in an hour so I was billed an additional $80 for a total of $380 since it cost me $200 for the movers to arrive at my door.
