These guys over promised and DID NOT deliver. Told me they could get me a container by my move out date and then ghosted me when they couldn’t get one in time. They simply could have communicated that they couldn’t get me one by my deadline instead of continuing to tell me to hold tight, one was “coming available”. Do not recommend! I ended up going with a competitor who was fantastic!
Oh man Kelli, I am so sorry to hear this! We're trying so hard to help everyone who needs our storage units however, this last year and a half we have been getting jerked around by the supply chain issues.

Can’t say enough about how great this business is. From start to finish they were responsive, professional and made the whole process seamless and low stress. Recommended movers to load the pod did an amazing job. The pod was pristine and secure and contents stayed clean and dry during a month of storage and relocation over the mountains. They communicate extremely well and worked to accommodate every need I requested.

Our experience with Storage2U was fantastic. From start to finish, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and all staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our moving process smooth and stress-free. In particular Alana, the remarkable driver who delivered our boxes to various locations, stood out as taking pride in her work and making the moves with utmost professionalism and care.

After having difficulty with other cargo container movers, crane operators, tow truck folks with delays, put offs and a host of other anxiety producing excuses...can you imagine what a JOY it was to have your extremely capable operator show up on time all by herself and have our container loaded within 12 minutes. Even the neighbor was astounded. You have the right equipment (the mule which we all named Al), an operator with knowledge and a great attitude and an easy payment process with excellent pricing.
