I didn't hire this company, but I had a strange and unsatisfying experience with their rep on the phone. I made an online request for service, then followed up with a phone call. When their rep called back, she did not identify herself or the comapny until I asked where she was calling from. Then she asked if we could do a different date, and I gave her a couple of options, and after hemming and hawing a bit, told me they could not do the move for scheduling reasons.
We are sorry you had a bad experience. Please let us know what we did wrong specifically so we can learn how to do a better job. Scheduling limitations and availability can hinder a move. It sounds like we could not schedule your move because we were booked for your target moving date?
Was given a quote from Hilton and come to find out they were not accurate. Blamed on us and charged us . Had given many referrals in the 10 plus years knowing Mr Hilton, never again!
We are truly sorry there was an issue with this move, at Hilton Moving and Storage we do our best to estimate the weight on long distance moves and this entire move was based strictly on the weight.

They recently moved us into our new office and were able to complete everything with no issues and on time. We moved from a very large house into a condo. It was the first time we ever used a moving company. If I knew how good they were I would have had them pack everything in the house. As it was they packed my large kitchen, dining room and closets. In additional they loaded all the boxes I had packed and crated and boxed all the large items. All in a day I might add, over 200 boxes and crates. They stored everything for a week-end, delivered and unpacked or placed most of the unpacked boxes in the proper place.

Mike Hilton has moved me, personally, several times as well as many of my real estate customers. I have never had a single complaint or problem in any move. His staff is always professional, courteous and on time. They take great care in the packing and moving process. I always recommend Hilton Moving and Storage to my customers. I tell them I can 100% recommend Mike's company but if they go another route to save a few dollars, they are on their own. One woman customer selected another company, against my advice.
