Worst company l! Scammed, triple their price after they have your stuff and when you finally get it your missing things, things are broken
Hello, we started our company about 4 months ago and since we have gotten on google we have had a flood of calls trying to reach out to Howard’s van lines because of damages, missing items and late arrivals. We are Howard’s moving company. We are two different companies.
They initially told us they would arrive at 2 PM but changed the time to 5 PM; they imposed a strict one-hour limit for loading the truck—no matter what—and another hour for unloading. They refused to take everything we had packed, and while one of the guys had a very negative attitude, the other was very friendly. They left all our belongings in the garage, yet they still asked us for a 5-star rating... we will never hire them again.

We ran into several issues along the way. One being my girlfriend was up with them till 430 in the morning. when she had to get up at 7 in the morning for work. Originally we were told noon or 1 in the afternoon. then it got pushed back …

Edit: their reply is a lie. Please see the picture screen shots for yourself. The only time they tried to reach out is after i posted my honest review. I didnt open the text. I just blocked them. I wish I got to experience the same as …
Edit: This customer is mad about the situation that took place, which was our truck having mechanical issues, and has fabricated the messages (Used an app or computer software to change the text, time and date of messages). Anybody can do this to degrade a company out of anger.
WARNING WARNING! Do not use this moving company. Owners are very immature. They are unreliable. Your better off moving your own stuff.
Edit: this review has been reported to Google as well. We do believe that the person we fired posted this review on the same day he got fired until we have proof of booking information from the customer and the actual name to back this information up.

This company!!! They truly came through, I had previously went through 8 other companies and had been canceled, no show, just a mess! This is your moving company you WANT!!!! I had a "moving company" (Uriel Movers) scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10 am. I guess I should have known it was a possible scam when he told me the total for 2 hours, 2 men and a truck would be $260 and he wanted me to leave a deposit using Zelle. When I asked what the deposit would be he said $260. I asked "before you do the work? Once it's done, it can't be undone." He said I could pay when the guys got there. Ok. I get there early. 9 am comes and goes. At 9:47 I ask for an ETA.
