All My Sons Moving & Storage

Terrible moving experience. Once they had my deposit, customer service was nonexistent—especially from the general manager, Harley (San Antonio, TX). I clearly communicated my budget and expectations, but was hit with surprise charges and slow, careless movers. The three men moved like snails, broke multiple items, and wasted time chatting. They held my belongings hostage until I paid the new balance, then tried to dump everything in my new driveway.

I just want to provide an edit here. I had a lady call me and ask me to edit or take down my review in exchange for $200 (which is “double” what they offer normally). $200 for the thousands of lost money? She told me I could think about it and reach out to her with questions. I had my legal professional review the documents and politely ask a few questions. She ghosted me. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on Google as it seems they’re attempting to monetarily compensate people to take them down.

Horrible experience moving my sister with this company today. She was quoted 200$ for two rooms worth of items, that’s doable. So they come and move the items you see pictured below. They were paid to set up beds in the upstairs bedrooms which were left in the garage. News flash no one sleeps in the garage! When the bill comes it’s 400$. When asked for an itemized receipt it’s clear where they over charged. 72$ for tape. 90$ for shrink wrap Charged one hour of drive time, from house to house was 8 minutes.

Overall, the movers themselves did a good job. They handled the heavy furniture efficiently and even took one last-minute bag that I asked them to move. Unfortunately, that bag never made it to my new home. I called the company five times the following day before I was finally told the bag wasn’t left on the truck and that they would review their camera footage to see what happened. Since then, I haven’t received a single follow-up call. I don’t believe anyone intentionally took my belongings.

Total cost was $540.00. Outrageous!!! Would not recommend to anyone.originally spoke with Luis who gave me quote $135 hr times 2 and travel fee and gas fee which he waived because I was Senior Citizen and told me they could also put a few items at dumpster for me and based on what I told him he said it would probably be around 270 minus 100 deposit so about 170 once completed.

EDIT- I was forced to compete that review before they would leave my property. Who wants to be forced to leave a review right after a move? The only reason why I left five star reviews because I felt pressured. First off- I was not quoted what I was charged. I was charged over $650 for labor for a one bedroom apartment honestly probably a studio/efficiency. On top of the $650 I got charged for driving, gas and all this other stuff I didn’t even need. Like shrink wrap and mattress covers.

I would give them zero if I could. I have requested a claims packet multiple times for an expensive vanity I just bought. The movers wrapped it so tight then put it on its side with a king size adjustable bed frame on top. The only reason I hired movers was to make sure my delicate items were properly and professionally loaded into my pod. Now the company is ignoring me after I requested a claims packet I never received.

Super frustrated. Movers were professional and nice, but a box was dropped and put a huge dent in my instant pot that no longer works. Also turned on our 75” TV that night and it’s broken. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 days straight. Just beware as to why they are so much cheaper than other movers.
