I would not recommend using this company for any move. Key Details: 1 Bedroom Apartment. All furniture was disassembled. Drive between places was 40 mins and in the words of the movers there was no traffic. My Experience: During my move which was on a reduced rate day the move out of my unit took the same as the move into my new unit.
Highly do not recommend these guys, I witnessed their employees drinking alcohol on the job while operating a large vehicle on the road. Extremely unsafe for the public, extremely unprofessional and when I contacted them to address this they did not care!

Incompetent at every level. Careless when making the reservation for the move, resulting in inaccurate information being communicated to the movers. No resolution or customer service offered by the manager. Unprofessional and unethical.
Hi Billie, I’m sorry we couldn’t help you with your move. You called us to book a last minute move for the next day. Shortly after the booking, we sent you a confirmation with the details you provided including your phone number to make sure all the information are accurate.
The younger of the two movers who moved me was phenomenal and was excellent! The other was not and he also used my bathroom at my move out house didn't ask, left the seat up and missed the toliet which was very disrespectful. On the …

We went with I Move You after reading all the positive reviews. However, we had a stressful and terrible time dealing with them on moving day. The truck was supposed to get to our place between 9am and 10am. …
Hi Pancho, once again I’m really sorry that I made an error on our scheduling. The crew arrived at 11:30am due to the error. I applied $200 discount at the time of billing for the late arrival and offered to cover any fines from the strata if any (luckily there wasn’t any).

Very professional movers. Arrived on time, protected every piece of furniture, worked quickly, and communicated with us on where to put everything. Provided additional boxes and floor protections.
I moved with “I Move You” 2 weeks ago. I had lots of questions and Nick, the GM patiently answered all of them. The biggest life saver was receiving 40 heavy duty large packing crates at no charge. They do require a deposit for each crate up front but that was refunded when the movers picked them up again a week + later. I paid for the delivery/ pickup but it was well worth it. I am a senior and not able to pick up crates myself.
We used I Move You for our most recent move and had a great experience overall. What was a bit of a complicated move with changes to our sale and purchase dates, time between selling and buying, trying to coordinate access to elevators with an entire building trying to move in at the same time, etc.. was made completely manageable with their help.
The team that Nick sent were top notch, Grade A, professional movers. They had impeccable manners, had good hygiene, were very careful with our belongings, and even asked to use our restrooms. They barely took breaks, and there was not a moment of slacking. They wrapped our furniture, they didn't lose any screws, nut or bolts. The one mover who was taking things apart and reassembling was a wizard with our Italian glass dining table and studio desk.
