They charged me over $800 to deliver 20 inset cabinets which were wrapped and boxed impeccably. They were sloppy and rushed and didn't have the proper equipment to offload. In & Out damaged 3 cabinets (inset frames - which the doors don't hide) so I had to have the cabinets remade (at my expense) which took another three weeks. I was livid. NO call backs, no communication. I hired a different moving company. The other company is professional and careful and now my main warehouse/ mover for my business.

In response to the accusations brought forth by Todd Baker, I must inform the public his review of our company is inaccurate. While it is true that some of his belongings went missing, it is absolutely false that we took his belongings.
This company seemed nice at first, but when I told them I had very large, heavy furniture they sent 2 fairly small guys to move the stuff. They make you sign a 'they are not responsible for damages waiver' before moving anything. During the moving process, one took time to text and talk on the phone. They also almost dropped one big piece of mine scuffing it in the process.

Rated low, due to the fact that it took a month to have items delivered by this company. The reason given that they do not get out to my area very often. Very poor customer service in my opinion, the few conversations I had in trying to get my items delivered, the answer is given to me were always very vague. In my opinion, there’s no reason for a delivery company to hold onto your order for a month in order to get it to you, if the location is out of their way they should not have excepted this shipment, and…

I was scheduled for a 2-hour move, and Taylor and Noah moved all of my furniture (with NO damages) in less time than scheduled. They were very communicative, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend that anyone in the Hickory and surrounding area use them as their go-to moving service. Great customer service!
Three great young men removed a whole house full of furniture after a water damage event. Brandon, Nate, and Z were great at what they do! They separated good from bad, delivered good to storage unit, and through it all were polite, hard-working and efficient. I’d hire In and Out Moving and Delivery , LLC again.

We hired In and Out Moving last summer to put our things in storage while the our new house was being built - they did an excellent job so we hired them again now that we were ready to move into our home. Nathan, Tyler, Cole, Brandon, Shaun and Jonathan worked so hard all day in the cold, and got everything moved from 2 huge storage rooms into the house and garage before yesterday’s snow! We are so grateful for their expertise and dedication to get the job done, I would highly recommend this company.
