Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 4 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we donโt publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Googleโs published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 3 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 25.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น, counted by matching the words they used.
- Items missing or never delivered1 ยท 100%
Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
I wish I could give them a zero. It took them almost a month to get my stuff from Florida to Arizona. When they arrived they forced me to sign a paper that said I had gotten everything in good condition before they even would start unloading the truck. I am still missing a dresser, other personal items, and my stuff arrived filthy. Leanne and customer service is the worst!!! Stay away at all cost!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words

Big thanks, to Infinity Movers! They really made the whole moving process a piece of cake. Who would have thought? ๐ โฆ
