Tranquil Transitions is a professional moving company with a personal touch. We recently contracted with them to move my mother. Their communication was excellent. The staff was was friendly and helpful. They were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. The move manager stayed on site to answer questions and assure that everything went smoothly. The whole experience went off flawlessly. They exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

I wish I could rate Donna and her team a "6" out of "5"! Donna helped move my Mom from her house into an Independent Living apartment, about 1/2 the size. The entire process was very personalized to our needs. Donna considered the size of Mom's furniture and made good recommendations on the new floor plan. Donna does her homework and took measurements in the house and the new apartment. The move date was pulled ahead based on what worked best for my Mom.

I live in Michigan and they were wonderful at attending to my father's needs. Communication was excellent and he(we) could not have been happier. They put him at ease and followed through on their promises of making his move seemless. He was moved in and all set for a restful first night as promised. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for 5 star experience at a fair price.

Hi The reason why I gave a five-star rating is as follows: The first time I met Donna and her husband; Donna welcomed me with open arms and her husband was awesome. They explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable, when doing that. They informed me that I would have no worries and that they will take care of everything. I didn't have to lift a figure.
