We used this company to move our hot tub. We labeled clearly on tape that we placed on ground how to position tub as we could not supervise. Of course, it was placed wrongly. Why I am writing this review is due to the rude, unprofessional way the guy treated me on the phone when I called to tell him it was placed wrong and the electric cord was opposite where our source was. THEN HE TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME $150 to turn the tub to towards the electric panel, as we clearly indicated on tape.
The company picked up the phone quick and had someone out to my house within 30 minutes which is great. I informed the movers I only had a credit card on me as it is a business purpose. They looked at my tub and said that I would get a call back within the day to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I did not get a call. Received a text message the next day to inform me the movers would be there in about thirty minutes. Informed the worker that I was not home but I would approve them to remove it.
I hired this company to move my spa, I contacted them 3 weeks in advance of my move. I followed up 2 times to confirm all was ok with the move. The day of delivery they call said they had truck problems and would need to reschedule. Then they never answered my call, text, or emails again!! Now I have to scramble to find someone to move it and my house closes Friday. Beware of this company they are not trust worthy.
I’m really sorry that you feel this way, however it wasn’t the day of the move, because we never nailed down a day for delivery. I do apologize but we are on the west coast of Florida where we were hit pretty hard with Ian, and wasn’t able to accommodate your move
The deal fell through to pick up the tub because this company is overloaded with work. The owner did provide some valuable information to know in advance about moving hot tubs and risks and such.

Excellent service! I had another company scheduled to move a piano for me from an antique shop in Fort Myers to my home in Punta Gorda. When they arrived at the antique shop they called me to let me know the piano was too heavy for their guys to move. They referred me to SW Florida Hot Tub Movers. Cara called me and was extremely flexible and accommodating working with the time frame and getting the piano delivered to me as quickly as possible.
Kara and her family did a great job moving our hot tub. They took great care at both ends of the move without wasting any time. They were punctual, communicated well, and for what they did, charged a very fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to move a hot tub or spa.
Shannon, Kara the owners of SWFL Hot Tub movers and more and their staff not sub contractors did a incredible job moving a newer Hot Tub from our Daughters house to our house, removing our old non working hot tub and installing our Daughters hot tub at our place. They had to jump through hoops to get the newer Tub into a very tight wooden deck and stairs built around the old tub. What an awesome job their team did fitting it in just perfectly after having to do some on the fly wood working with our electrician.
I truly wish that I could give this wonderful family more than 5 stars! It is rare to email a company and have them return your email within the hour! Then to call you immediately after and schedule the service for the very next day!!! AMAZING! This is a family owned and run business. Shannon and Kara arrived with two young gentlemen, at the time scheduled. They could not have been nicer! We needed a very large, working hot tub that was located inside our screened pool cage, removed.
