The service was very bad and unprofessional, items left behind, there packaging unfinished and left at residence, damages to front door of old residence and refrigerator door, missing gate scanner card that was supposed to be returned, do not recommend this moving company to no one.
George, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your move. We take concerns like these seriously and would like to provide some additional context. Regarding the items allegedly left behind, our crew completed a second trip to the property.
Hired them for my son’s move out of apartment to storage unit. Arrived late were very late in responding to texts. Only completed 1/2 of the job. They didn’t offer to complete the job the next day due. In my experience it was very unprofessional of them.
Hello Kymberli, You booked on a separate platform not direct with us and did not follow the booking protocols that are listed there. You paid for 2 hours upfront which only covers a load or an unload portion and you expected to receive a full load and unload which costs 3 hours on that platform.
While care was taken with a majority of my items the movers on site were VERY slow and spent more time pondering how to move things than actually moving things. They also did a very poor job of packing the truck, leaving lots of dead space which resulted in several items not making it onto the truck. It took them 8 hours to move 1600 sq feet.

Booked a month ago, called me at 8:30 the night before the move to tell me they can’t make it tomorrow. Would never recommend or use these guys. Their response was well, will give you your money back. NEVER use this company, completely unprofessional. We have to be out tomorrow to meet our obligations for the sale of our home.
Frank, we completely understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize for the situation. As one of the owners of a smaller moving company, I want to explain what happened rather than give a generic response.
several of my walls are marked up and or damaged. The movers seemed like they where always trying to fiqure out things hense taking more time. I contracted for three hours and was charged for 4 hours 40 minutes. would not recommend

When our mover's schedule didn't match ours, I found the Moving Brothers on the Nextdoor app and immediately called for a quote. Not only did Ryan waste no time in assessing our moving needs, but his quote was excellent! Delfin and Colin did an exceptional job transporting our belongings and towing a car across the country. These men are prompt, efficient, wonderfully kind, and demonstrated professionalism at every turn.

The whole process was simple and with ease from the beginning when I talked with Delfin. Was the best quote of gotten, most way over priced. With moving brothers there's no hidden fees. Delfin and Ryan both were very upfront, communicated effectively, sent me quote and made it one less headache I had to deal with. The guys who came to move me, Frankie & Josh were excellent. Frankie was very friendly, and went right to work. They took great care in wrapping my furniture and got it up 3 flights of stairs safely.

I was very impressed with this company and their movers! I called them a few days before my move date and they made it happen. The owners Ryan and Delfín were flexible when I needed to push back my move time and worked around an elevator malfunction without complaint. The movers were friendly and efficient, and I felt totally comfortable having them handle and move my belongings. I’ll hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and great value.

We were scheduled for The Moving Brothers to arrive at 10:00 AM, at 9:30 I received a text message from them saying they were running a little late. I texted back for them to not worry, we would be there all day so whenever they get there is good with us. I appreciated the fact that they notified us before their scheduled time. They arrived at 11:00 and quickly went to work. They were very polite and efficient.
