My shipment was supposed to be here July 17th, my shipment did not get here until August 5th. Customer service didn’t help they delayed my shipment every week, also broke my tv stand and book shelf. I would never, only reason I used them is because the military movers hired them. They are horrible!!

Huge disappointment with this company. We were doing a military move last month and Saul and Andy were the packers, we even gave them stuff for free and come to find out when we got to our duty station and unpacked, one of them stole money from my daughter’s jewelry box that she’s been saving there for a long time. Disgusted doesn’t even come close to how we feel after we let these people come to our house and the military is paying this moving company so much money, yet they do this.

Watch out for this place. We received our stuff and had some people review the inventory documents. Come to find out they put codes on the inventory sheet for everything worth over $500. A brand new couch had inventory codes for being soiled, scratched and dented… not sure how that is possible. It’s pretty shameful that the packers do that. Half of the stuff that is written cannot be read. REVIEW WHAT THEY WRITE ON THERE BEFORE THEY LEAVE. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE CODES!!!!!

I changed my review to 1 star based off the delivery from this scam company. They managed to fill a tough box filled with military uniforms with water and are refusing to pay for the damages. On top of that, They damaged several other items and then tried to strongarm my girlfriend into letting them pay cash to fix it instead of going through with the claims process. what a joke.

Multiple items damaged. Both homes at pick up and delivery damaged. Items were disassembled and reassembled with parts left over. All items were not inventoried, causing issues with claims after actions. Unfortunately I had no choice in using this mover as my move was paid for by my job, but I would never have used this mover on my own or recommend.

Johnyel and Guillermo arrived on time and were extremely polite, professional, and efficient in packing up my household goods. They took care with their packing, making sure my items were well protected. I would definitely recommend this company and these individuals for any moving needs. Great experience!

I wanted to thank the crew that consisted of Raul, Maya, Marcos, Marcos Jr., and Edgar for being professional, courteous, and polite in the delivery of my HHGs from Virginia. There was effective communication throughout the process of putting my stuff innthe house and in the proper places as well. They made sure to separate the damaged property, which they didn't damage, so that I could take pictures for the claims process.

INTERNATIONAL MOVING AND WAREHOUSE CO. WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE MOVING OF OUR EQUIPMENT FOR THE 59TH ANNUAL EL PASO COIN SHOW. AS A NON-PROFIT, THE INTERNATIONAL COIN CLUB OF EL PASO, INC. HAS A GOAL TO TEACH THE BORDERLAND ABOUT COIN COLLECTING. AS WE DO A YEARLY SHOW TO REACH OUT TO THE PEOPLE OF EL PASO AND GIVE COINS TO KIDS TO PLANT THAT COLLECTING SEED, MANY OF OUR MEMBERS ARE VERY ELDERLY. THIS MEANS THAT THE LIGHTS, CASES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT IS UNABLE TO BE MOVED BY MEMBERSHIP.

Jonhyel and Guillermo arrived on time and completely prepared for everything they’d need for my move. They made quick, effective, and detailed work of carefully packing and moving my items out of my room and into the moving truck. Taking special care to not damage my expensive computer monitors. At no time did I feel I needed to direct or watch over them as they were working. If given the opportunity again, I would choose them to be my next movers. Thank you from a highly satisfied customer.
