Super Good Movers

Many of my items arrived broken. A chair snapped in half as did a set of speaker towers. Others never arrived to my new home at all, including an expensive kitchen appliance packaged in its original box. Instead, I received odds and ends belonging to someone else. When I notified Super Good Movers, they did not seem to care. They offered me 60 cents per pound of lost items even though it is clear that they mismanaged my move and likely sent my belongings to someone else. They were also unpredictable.

The moving truck arrived late with no communication, when they finally arrived, the ramp to their truck broke. 1 of the movers was yelling & cussing up a storm to the point where it scared me so I called the office & told them to cancel it because I was extremely uncomfortable. The manager promised they would make it up the next morning. When the next morning rolled around, they called me to inform me that they were going to cancel on me; they said they would be there that evening instead.

Don't hire. I spoke to David who I think manages the movers AND I spoke to Karla, who is the owner. It took the movers about seven hours to move bedroom furniture into a ONE BEDROOM apartment! They argued that it was 3 floors and that's what took time. Nope!! First floor was a step going down. They had two flights of stairs. Only big items were a bed and a small couch. The rest were small boxes and two TVs. We had FIVE additional people helping them move things and it still took that many hours?!

If I can give them zero I would. My son’s book bag was stolen with his school computer. I thought it was odd that one of the workers made it a point to give me one of my laptops and then I saw him rummaging through my bags. He knows where I stay and I’ve been nervous ever since. They couldn’t find the stand to my mirror. Found it two days later wrapped in cloth in my son’s room. Overcharged and told it was due to the holiday and personnel. That was never mentioned and an estimate wasn’t given like they said.

This company is very good and was prompt with pickup and delivery. I shipped a few items from El Paso, TX to Carrollton, TX and they worked with me in every part of the process, even delivered on the day I needed the furniture. I did have the legs on my dining room table come up missing, all of the chairs had hand prints all over them and a big gouge in the headboard of an heirloom bed frame set.

ZERO STARS!!!Do not use Super Good movers. I set an appointment for them to come move my stuff from one house to another. They were not on time to start off with. Then the crew that showed up was not equipped to move the things that needed to be moved. during the process of moving my dresser from the master bedroom downstairs to the truck they damaged the railing. At the time the driver of the truck said that someone would be come fix it. This was a LIE. Now when they finished loading all my stuff.

The workers wgere the best, the receptionist was rude. Me and my husband where moving from one place to another 15 min away from my old house first thing we called setup our appointment for 3 everything was alright on the day of the move we received a call that they would be in from 3-4 so we wait around and mind you I am 7 months pregnant and need food every 5 minutes so we sit at home waiting for ths mover to get there. 4 a clock comes and we receive a call that they are going to be at the house late.

I asked for help with packing and received prompt and quick replies settled on a date and time. Packers did not show up within the 2 hour afternoon time frame. I contacted the representative for the company to say they are late and go ahead and cancel( they still had not arrived or called and we had other plans that would not allow them to stay for their required 2 hours) Then 2 movers showed up and my husband said they are late and we had already cancelled , they left without saying anything other than ok.
