We agreed with two people for moving today. At the time they were supposed to arrive, they called and said they would be late, then they stopped answering their phones. Hours later they called again saying they would come late. They completely ruined our whole day. Do not trust them.
Those guys messed our days up. I found them through u-haul. We agreed them they’ll come at 9.30. They called me at 9.30 and told me they would be late 1 hours. I tried to call them around 10.30 and they didn’t answer. Around 10.45 they called me and told me they would be late 25 min again. I booked the elevator at 11 by trusting those guys, but we couldn’t make it. I told them not to come, because we almost loaded everything by the time they show up.

We had an excellent experience with JES Movers. They were helpful, efficient and flexible throughout the whole process. Our move wasn't straightforward, as we were moving out of our house without going directly into a new one, and they had to take large pieces of furniture to three different locations. Nothing was too much trouble. The team carefully positioned everything exactly where we wanted it, including moving heavy items into basements at the different properties.
Excellent service and friendly in nature with good communication. Highly recommended😀 …
Okay...long review but worth the read !! Moving my senior mother, who has a brain injury, from a retirement home to a one bedroom apartment. Truck reservation with u-haul and moving helper booked ! One issue after another with Mom's bank card, etc. This company that we hired provided us the BEST service we have ever received from any company! They helped us with last minute cancellation of their movers through u haul.
We needed to move a bulky sofa from our apartment to our house, and the experience was excellent. The team handled everything very gently and with great care, making sure neither the sofa nor the surroundings were damaged. They were polite, arrived on time, and delivered the sofa exactly as promised. I’m really happy with how smoothly and professionally they handled the move.
