We used Mike the Mover to move our stuff into storage and then from storage to our new house in Guelph. On the latter move, one of the guys was drunk. He was quite obnoxious, smelled like alcohol, and used my bathroom 4 times in a 1 hour period. Perhaps related to the drunk guy was that we had several wine glasses broken and one box of glasses was missing. When we called about the drunk guy, we did get a discount but Russ at the office still did not believe me that he was drunk.

This was the least professional experience I’ve ever had with a company. It took 3 people 4 hours to move half my basement apartment (quarter of things, couch dinning table big things etc.) then the other quarter (medium size, dresser reading chair and a handful of free standing shelves) to my dads apartment (Guelph-Cambridge) when we got to the apartment one of the guys (said his name was tommy but idk if that’s true. He wouldn’t tell me his name and kept saying it was mike.

I'd like to start off by saying that I'm not surprised that there is another review for Mike The Movers that states they are "rude and condescending" I didn't even have the company booked and I immediately knew that I would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone I knew. I also didn't even want to leave one star, but unfortunately Google doesn't have the option of negative stars...because that's what I would've left. How you have customers that said you did even a remotely good job is baffling to me.
They showed up an hour early, blocked my car in the driveway. I told them to come back at the right time; he yelled at me and left. And didn't return. This was a very time sensitive move. My tenant had booked them from 1-3. Not noon. She wasn't even on site at Noon. The driver didn't even get out of the truck, to have a conversation with me. So, I could explain the situation. It's hard to talk over an idling diesel engine. Extremely poor service, the lack of professionalism was appalling.

I had to give 1 star to be able to leave a review, they don’t even deserve that! From the disfunctional “Management” (if you can call them that) and right down and I mean way down to the people they hire to move you this has got to be the lowest of the low! *******BEWARE ..BEWARE..BEWARE....********* Better to move yourself then to leave it to imbeciles

very very bad customer service, extremely rude and condescending on the phone. if this is how he talks and acts towards potential customers then one can only imagine how bad the service would be. I will trust my belongings to somebody who sounds as though they would care about my move. AVOID

The crew arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and handled even the heaviest or most fragile items with care. What impressed me most was their organization and communication. I recently moved to Fergus and my situation is unique. Things went sideways with my move, but. the amazing crew were super supportive, helpful, compassionate and made a bad situation bearable with their professional work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend this amazing group of people to move your belongings quickly, safely and efficiently. Although I had a messy situation, I had an excellent team helping me.
