We used Jack and Jeff based on recommendation of a friend. Bad decision. One of their employees stole my husbands wedding band from a drawer in the bathroom. Contacted the company and the sheriffs office. No response from Jack and Jeff after numerous contacts. In addition our furniture was scuffed and damaged. Never use this company!! Totally frustrating experience. Next week we celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary - no diamond wedding band. So wrong and unfair.
Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They are a company of criminals who will damage your property and drag out the process in order to over charge. We had them move large furniture pieces into our new home. Their version of moving was destroying three expensive beds by taking them apart, losing the screws, and leaving them in pieces in our front yard and strewn throughout rooms.
My wife and I employed Jeff and Jack Transfer (“JJT”) of Visalia, CA to move our household goods from our Exeter, CA home and to enter them into storage, anticipating a duration (for an overseas assignment) of several years. After our return to the United States we relocated to Arizona in April, 2020. During the nearly 5 years when our material was in storage, we paid JJT in full, regularly, by direct payment. Not all our belongings were properly received in Arizona, however.
Do not use this company!!!! We had this company move us on 9/15/2020. Two individuals showed up. We only had 11 items to move and it took them 3 hours. They drag out to get more money. Top it off with they broke my safe open and stole my …
Do not them, they broke one of my TVs and a ceiling fan. I was told they would send a repairman out for the fan and its been 2 weeks now and nothing. On the tv nothing either...all they did was send a check for $300. The tv alone cost …

I recently hired this team for a move and could not have been happier with the experience! From my very first inquiry, they were professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. On moving day, the team was efficient, hard working, and careful with all of my belongings. They stayed positive and friendly the entire time, and their energy made a stressful day so much easier.
We highly recommend Jack & Jeff Transfer Co. They showed up on time, All three movers were very polite & helpful. They worked there tails off through what was a long day of moving. Our belongings were all delivered in great condition. We will be calling them for our next move!
I had Jeff and Jack do a small move for me which involved picking up items at 2 homes and the delivering to a nursing home. The movers did a great job for a great price !
My wife and I were very pleased with these guys. A couple other moving companies bid our cross-town move at $4000 and $2500. Jack and Jeff got it done for $950. The 2 guys worked hard and kept our furniture safe from the rain. To top it off, one of the dudes had a super sweet mullet. Highly recommended.
