In their own words
We had a wonderful experience with JC Express Movers during our family’s move. Communication leading up to moving day was excellent—they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed throughout the process. On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately.
At the last moment, I called JC Express Movers to come back for a third time to get me moved completely out of my apartment. I thought I would be able to move the last of my items that I had not finished packing with some help from friends, but my shoulder had become very swollen. When my doctor looked at my shoulder, she she thought I had partially dislocated it and said I shouldn’t lift anything. Hence, the frantic call to have the moving company help me finish my move.
Great movers. The movers themselves were very nice, professional and quick. I had a problem where my apartment complex blamed them for some damage to the building. The damage was questionable at best, but the apartment complex was going to charge me for it. JC talked with them, and they were unreasonable. JC made sure that I was not stuck with the bill even when it was likely not his fault either. I would highly recommend JC Express Movers.
I just completed a move from Walnut Creek to Palo Alto with a lot of nuances and complications and the team they sent me did an incredible job!!! JC is very responsive. He remembers your name and your number quickly and when you call him, its like hes talking to a friend and remembers! That was really impressive to me. Also the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. I’ll use them each time!
