The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
Hiring Daniel Holguin/JDee's was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I contacted him in November 2023 to help clean out my Mom's house after she had to move to Northern California. He encouraged me to keep as many personal items as I wished and if I was unsure, I should set it aside for shipping to NorCal. He made a lot of promises about being able package items safely and deliver everything where I needed them to go.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
As an out-of-town administrator for my late brother’s estate, I faced the overwhelming task of cleaning out his condominium—located in a gated HOA community and packed with decades of belongings due to hoarding. I hired Daniel and his team at JDEE's Hauling & Estate Liquidation Services, and they exceeded every expectation. Despite complaints from HOA security about parking logistics, JDEE's showed flexibility and adapted quickly and completed the job without disruption.
Daniel's team was amazing! They were on time, efficient, cheerful while they worked, a great team effort. They took care to sort through things that could be valuable or donated, and were in and out in no time. They even took time to clean up when they were done, including sweeping the garage! I would highly recommend Daniel and JDees!
Really can’t say enough nice things about this company. Daniel was so polite and easy to reach, and was so helpful. The men who picked up the furniture were so careful and polite as well, it made everything so much easier. Great job guys!
This is the second time my family has had need of JDEE’s services. My husband hired Daniel to finish cleaning out his parent’s home that they lived in for 67 years. From the excellent job he and his crew did, I hired him to clean out my mom’s home. My mother never got rid of anything and cleaning out her home was overwhelming. I hired JDEE’s and today a team of five friendly and polite gentlemen came in and sorted out everything, with an effort of minimal landfill waste.
