Very shady business. Stored my trailer here and the first few years was great, decent access hours, fair price with a couple small increases in rent. Then it went from $199 to $330 without any notice and since I had the payment setup automatically they had already deducted it. When I called thinking it was an error I was told that was there new price and they mailed me a letter. They said there was nothing they could do and I could try to talk to someone from the home office that they would have call me.
Mr. Smith, I've done an extensive search of our client list and I do not Find any evidence of your tenure here with us. It is very likely that you do have the wrong storage facility. Can you give us a call to help figure this out with you?
Very hilly area. Too many levels. Just storage containers sitting in dirt. Cut off ends and have roll up doors slapped on ends of containers. Rusty, leak in rain and weather. Very dirty to work at. Wouldn't be good place to store household items. Upper levels hard to get vehicles around. One car wide.

Doubling the rents overnight? When I was moving out, many experienced the same thing. The new owners care nothing about customer loyalty and will end up with lots of vacant space. Sad.

Great experience with the entire staff and very fair pricing on the units. Never had any issues on the three units I rented with any kind of theft or problem. Highly recommended!!
