Horrible experience. My furniture is all Haverty's solid wood and was in pristine condition before the move. Now that the move is over I have scratches, gashes and holes in my furniture. One of the drawers in my tall dresser does not open/close all the way because of a hole the movers put in the back of the piece while moving it. The movers did not use any packing material to pack my lamps or store them in the truck, and did not use any protection when moving the furniture.

I've used this company and recommended this company many times over the years. Usually pretty good. Not this time. Twice as expensive and half as good. The movers didn't want to put boxes in the appropriate rooms; they had boxes in my living room stacked to the ceiling. Also, they couldn't get 3 pieces of furniture up to my 2nd floor. A full size washer and dryer were put on that level, but they just gave up, wouldn't remove railings, etc. They were more interested in leaving than working.

Contracted bedbugs after using this company a few years back. Have never had any experience like that in my entire life. Would not use again. In response to the owner: I was expecting at the time and as you can imagine, that was the absolute least of the worries at the time. It was a horrific time and honestly, no financial compensation or anything else you could do could rectify what i endured due to that. Just had to be honest regarding what happened to me after this company was utilized for moving.

From start to finish, everything was seamless and handled with care. I even had to add an additional delivery location at the last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating without missing a beat.
