Very unhappy with their service. They got in late, they were slow and because it was a condominium, I was fined $100 because they went over the time limit. It took them forever to load and unload, and I was only moving a dinnig set and a sectional. One of the guys kept dropping the pieces. Very unprofessional to assemble and dissasemble the furniture. Overall I give the a 0.

Predatory Practices. I purchased a Groupon for $139. There is a note in the fine print that stated "additional fees may apply" but really its "additional fees WILL apply". I didn't modify the terms of the Groupon in which it stated 2 guys and a truck is included for 2 hours. When I called they wanted an addition $115 to book pointing to that section of the terms. I explained nobody would expect to be charged additional if they aren't changing the terms listed in the Groupon.

We moved using Jochas Moving & Delivery and had the worst experience. We submitted a claim at the end of July and have not received a response from them or any compensation. They damaged the property and several pieces. The driver needed to learn how to drive the truck; we carried boxes to meet the time constraint. We had to hire additional help to help the movers carry the items already wrapped and packaged.

Very disappointed with the customer service received. After booking a local move with a week notice, on the day of the move, we were scheduled to move my 78 year old mother-in-law's 1 bed room furniture from her apartment to our home nearby). The time window was 11-3 pm and at first we were told when it was booked that it would probably would not take that long within the time frame. Something came up with a previous move and we were rescheduled to 3-5 pm.

Attempted to use Jochas for the 2nd time this year, but had a horrible experience with the 'COO' Joann Johnson. She sent me the contract with an incorrect address, and the quote was 2 movers for 4 hours. When I contacted her to correct the address she changed the quote to 3 hours for the same price without even notifying me of this change. When I questioned her she said that the 4 hours was a mistake and refused to honor the original contract.

First of all they didn't finish the job and left items not assembled and Charged us over 1k and it wasn't even a full move in / move out Plus we asked them to bring only queen mattresses from the storage and leave the only full size in the storage. *movers should know what mattresses look like especially if they have them all in one Place. (just common sense) We have to hire someone to finish the assembly and rent a u haul to bring the right mattress.

I purchased a Groupon for Jochas Moving and Delivery. When I called to schedule services the lady informed me to cancel the Groupon and pay the regular price. She said…”Ugh, you can’t discount labor”. I am sorry. Why are you being rude to me lady. I am just trying to establish service. I had to ask… Is the Groupon created in error. She says no people usually get their monies back and pay the rate. Why do business with Groupon if you don’t want to accept it. The company set a call back for 9am the next day.

Our experience with this moving company was a nightmare. Charles deceived us with the pricing, dumped all our belongings on the roadside, and brazenly stole valuable items including a television and new kitchen appliances. The fact that my daughter is nine months pregnant made this ordeal even more distressing. Authorities have labeled this incident as an extortion case. Stay away from this company - their actions are despicable and dishonest. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY . Scam company
