In a year I have had 2 raises for over 100.00 and when I called, I think I spoke with Casey I’m not sure at this point, she stated that I can go around and look for another place to move. Although the have a promo of giving $50 away if you bring someone and even though I did months ago, I never got that refund. Sad how people play with others money!!! SMH

they have a super rude person who has no idea how to treat customers or how to communicate properly. From the first day she rented she has been rude, it is unfortunate because her attitude does not match the service they provide, on the other hand Whitney is a charming person !!! for you 5 stars

DON’T RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!! Where do I start? I been renting here for two years. I run two online businesses, so I had to get two units. When I first signed paperwork, the staff told me in order for me to get a discount, I would have to give them a positive review. I wanted a discount, so I did. When I would make a payment, every month I had to call the office to make sure my units were not locked up. These people would lock my units all the time even when I paid.

I rented a unit at this location and everything went smoothly at first I was able to get a special on line for buy 2 months and get two months free. I went into the location multiple times to ask questions and see the property. I was told 2 different times including the day I went in and signed my paperwork that I was able to use their moving van at no charge I was told I could call in once I knew what day I needed it and if it was available.

Bad business the way they tell people that there's a 5 Day grace period but after the 4th day they add a late fee and put a lock on your door then the other thing they did was raised the monthly payment and when I called asking why was it raised they sent me an email while we were on the phone to inform me that the fees were raised, then when I tried to talk to someone higher up it would always send me to the front desk, so I stopped doing business with them after 2 years.

Buyer beware. This unit will entice you into a storage unit at a low cost at first, then less than a year later charge you almost double. I started at 90 a month and now they are charging me 157.... im currently looking for a new unit elsewhere. Also dont believe all the five star reviews because they will knock off 10 dollars for your first few months just for making a 5 star review. I know this cause they asked me this when i signed up.

Great Customer service, the bad side is the raise in the rent with no notice a few months ago rent went up, all of a sudden another increase. Storage units were without A/C for about 1 month everytime i would email them it was lies, talking about yes it is was just repaired came back in not fixed. i dont have a issue with customer service they are amazing, but these increases are high and property maintenance is not good.

I signed up, wanted a 2nd floor unit but accepted a 3rd floor unit. Didn't move anything in so I wanted to switch. What a cluster. Couldn't just transfer. Will end up cancelling. Poor flexibility and not happy with the service.
